Before we get into the stream, I need to tell you a few things about myself and the VA SOS program

Virginia Save Our Streams program is a priority project of the Virginia Division of the Izaak Walton League. There are 27 IWLA Chapters in the Virginia Division and over 7,000 members.

The Virginia Division took over the program in 1994, after the national IWLA left Virginia.
